Zoe Zinnia the Dog needs a home
Meet Zoe, a super intelligent, sweet, and friendly girl who is great with cats, dogs, and children! She loves to play and cuddle and is very responsive to verbal feedback. Her smile reveals a polka-dotted tongue and pearly white teeth that put her at about a year old. It's not uncommon to see her with a shoe or other object as some of her puppy energy winds down, but she is generally non-destructive. Daily walks or runs will satisfy her need for exercise. She would also love a playmate (or more) in the house, but will also be fine to be the sole recipient of TLC. She does not jump up and knows how to come, sit, and will sometimes lay down on command. When she entered foster care, she had urinary tract infection (UTI) that is now resolved. She was unusually docile when given medicine and very eager to please. For the most part, she is potty trained, but occasionally had accidents when being treated for the UTI. She's content to sleep in her crate, which may be helpful during a transition into a new home, but would ultimately love to sleep near her human companions. Zoe is generally just a terrific dog who is very people-oriented and easy-going!
